WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The standard delivery time is about 3-5 working days - this is the time during which we process and ship your order.

When the package will be sent - you will be informed by e-mail.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

Orders are processed by courier companies :

- UPS COURIER - Delivers parcels from Monday to Friday 9.00-19.00

- DHL COURIER - Delivers parcels from Monday to Friday 8.00-20.00

If after 7 working days you still have not received your parcel and the status of your parcel has not changed - please contact us, we will try to check where the parcel is.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Will I receive the fabric in one piece?

Yes, we send the ordered products in one piece.

Is the price I see next to the fabric the price for 1 linear meter?

Yes, the following product price is for 1 linear meter. You can choose any multiple of 1 linear meter.

Are the fabrics certified?

Yes, most of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, GOTZ or TÜV Rheinland certified - safe for children and babies.

How do I know if a pattern on a fabric is cross/overlapping?

We take photos of our fabrics as the pattern runs. If the pattern is longitudinal, the fabric will be in this position on the photo. 

What is the difference between codura and oxford?

Codura is a thick, stiff and waterproof fabric which has a PVC lining. Oxford is a waterproof and flowing fabric that is pleasant to touch. If you plan to make a canopy out of it, make sure it is sloping, then it has no chance of getting wet. It works best for patio curtains, tablecloths, garden accessories, backpacks, make-up bags, lairs and other accessories.

Where can I check the status of my order?

If you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order in tab "my account" section "orders". You will also receive email notifications from us whenever the status of your order changes. 

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, please check the b2b tab or send us an e-mail.

Can I make changes after placing an order?

If it has been less than 90min since you placed your order, please email us at contact@pinapin.com and we will update your order.

Can I receive an invoice?

We send invoices by e-mail after sending the order, but you can also download it at any time from your order page, which we send by e-mail. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@pinapin.com

A product is missing from my order.

If your order is incomplete, please contact us by email at contact@pinapin.com with your order number.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link on the login page "I forgot my password". Enter your e-mail address and we will send you instructions on how to change your password to a new one.

Returns & compliants

HOW CAN I RETURN PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

Method 1 - if you have a shop account

1. Go to My account -> Order history and details.

2. Find the order you wish to return.

3. Select the products to be returned and enter/set the quantity to be returned.

4. Click the "Request a refund" button.

5. Send the return parcel to the address below:

2. Fill in the form and send it back together with the returned products to the address below.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be provided within 14 days after the products reach the PINAPIN warehouse. When this happens you will receive an email informing you that the return has been executed and a confirmation.

Funds will be refunded depending on the payment method selected when placing the order.

Can I complain about my order?

If there are any problems with the delivered product, you will find the necessary information in the Returns & Complaints section.
