Yes - we always cut fabric as one continuous length whenever possible, up to the maximum roll length.
If the ordered length exceeds the roll size or it’s not possible to send it in one piece, it will be shipped in multiple separate cuts.
What are pre-cut fabrics?

Pre-cut fabrics are ready-made fabric pieces in specific lengths that have been measured and cut in advance for sale. They are full-quality fabrics with no defects or damage, offering the same premium quality as fabrics sold by the metre.
Many pre-cut pieces are created naturally during our cutting process. For example, after fulfilling customer orders from a fabric roll, there may be a remaining length of 2, 3, 4, or 5 metres. Rather than leaving these perfectly usable fabric lengths unused, we make them available as pre-cut products, ready for immediate dispatch.
As these fabrics have already been measured and cut, no additional cutting is required after you place your order. This allows us to offer them at a more attractive price while also speeding up order processing and shipping

Yes! You can order small samples directly from our website - perfect to check color and texture before buying more.

We do our best to show true colors, but small differences can occur due to monitor settings or lighting. If color accuracy is crucial, order a sample first.

Many of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® and/or REACH® certified, meaning they’re safe and free from harmful substances.

Each fabric has its own care instructions listed on the product page. We generally recommend gentle washing and air drying. Always test on a small piece first.

You can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If you made a mistake — for example, entered the wrong address, phone number, or simply want to cancel — please contact our customer service via email or live chat as soon as possible and have your order number ready.
Once the order is being prepared or has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
In that case, you can still return the package after it arrives.
We’ll always try to find the most convenient solution for you.

You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Alternatively, log in to your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," and click on the tracking link provided for your order.

If anything doesn’t look right - damaged fabric, missing meters, or wrong color - let us know immediately. Send a short description and a few photos to our support team so we can resolve it quickly.

Sometimes we ship larger orders in multiple parcels. Please check your shipping confirmation - if some items were sent separately, they’ll arrive soon after. If everything should have been in one parcel, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

Of course! Enter your company details at checkout and we’ll issue a VAT invoice automatically. Sales within the EU are handled under the OSS (One Stop Shop) VAT system.
Businesses registered in the EU with a valid EU VAT number listed in VIES can benefit from 0% VAT (intra-community supply).
How to validate VAT in the cart:
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your VAT number with the 2-letter country prefix.
- Click “VALIDATE VAT.”
- Make sure you use the same email address at checkout as the one used during validation on the cart page.
If your VAT number is not listed in VIES but you still want it on the invoice, please add it in the order notes at checkout using this pattern: VAT ID: 123456789
