If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please visit Product Return Page. After receiving your request, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Faulty Products (Complaints)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us without delay at contact@pinapin.com, providing your order number and a description of the issue.

Complaints are handled individually and will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product or complete complaint information.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products, special orders produced on request and gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
